What happens during the interview of Indigo AOCS

Full Day Schedule

Registration starts at 9 AM and lasts till 10 AM ( check website for timing confirmation for different venues). So I recommend you to reach before time and have an early token number.

Then after this registration process, you will be given a brief introduction which I have already posted here.

Round 1

After Introduction you will be called in a group of 8 or 10 and you will have to give Group Discussion. In this discussion, the panel will not check your General Knowledge or something. The main motive of this Round is to select that candidate who is confident and have good communication skill in English.

Round 1 totally depends on your English speaking capability.

After Round 1 they will ask you to wait if selected. Rest candidate will have to leave and they can't apply for next 6 months.

Round 2

After GD, the time comes for Personal Interview. In PI you will be asked questions like Introduce yourself, tell me about your family, why you want to join indigo, what do you know about this job profile, how were you doing before this and so on. I will create a different post for Interview Questions. 

Round 3

After Personal Interview HR Director will take another PI which will be same as Round 2 interview. The only Difference between Round 2 and Round 3 is that they want to shortlist best of the crowd. 

Round 3 is not the last round, if you clear all these 3 rounds then they will ask you to leave and will tell you that they will give a call within 15 days if selected. 

If you get selected then they will call you to IGI airport or respected airport according to the place and then they will have last round there. Which is the last round and you will be recruited after this.
